Role Description The Plant Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position oversees daily plant operations, including production planning, resource allocation, and monitoring output to meet quality, safety, and delivery targets. The role involves coordinating with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to minimize downtime, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.

Manager will analyze production data, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and support the adoption of best practices and technologies relevant to air pollution control and biomass drying equipment.



The role also includes mentoring production staff, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with senior management to align plant performance with business goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong production management and plant operations skills, including experience in scheduling, resource planning, and workflow optimization in an industrial or engineering environment.
- Candidates should possess technical skills related to mechanical or chemical engineering, with familiarity in air pollution control systems, biomass dryers, and industrial equipment, including an understanding of process parameters and safety standards.
- Candidates should possess quality and safety management skills, such as knowledge of ISO standards, quality control methods, and occupational health and safety practices in manufacturing settings.
- Candidates should possess leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, performance management, conflict resolution, and training of shop-floor staff.
- Candidates should possess robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use production data, KPIs, and root-cause analysis to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and senior stakeholders, including clear reporting and documentation abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (or a related field) is preferred; relevant experience in heavy industry, pollution control, or fabrication plants will be an
