S-CCI India Private Limited is a leading Indo-Japanese joint venture engaged in the manufacture of automotive coolants, brake fluids, specialty chemical products, and other automotive fluids for India’s leading OEMs and the replacement market. We are expanding our operations and invite applications for the position of Plant Manager for our Karsanpura manufacturing facility.

Experienced Plant Managers are preferred. However, exceptional Production Managers, Senior Production Managers, and high-performing Senior Production Engineers who are ready to take the next step into a Plant Manager role are strongly encouraged to apply.

The Role The Plant Manager will have complete responsibility for the safe, efficient, and quality-focused operation of the plant, with primary responsibility for the blending and packaging of automotive antifreeze coolants. The role demands strong technical competence, excellent leadership skills, and an uncompromising commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all day-to-day manufacturing operations of the plant.

Ensure accurate chemical blending in accordance with approved formulations and manufacturing procedures.

Oversee filling, packaging, warehousing, and dispatch operations.

Maintain world-class product quality and process consistency.

Implement and continuously improve Quality Management Systems.

Ensure strict compliance with GMP, ISO standards, SOPs, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.

Drive productivity, cost reduction, waste minimisation, and overall equipment efficiency.

Lead preventive maintenance and coordinate with engineering teams to maximise equipment uptime.





Manage production planning to achieve customer delivery schedules.

Develop, train, and motivate plant personnel while maintaining high standards of discipline and accountability.

Maintain accurate production, quality, inventory, and statutory records.

Coordinate with procurement, quality assurance, logistics, and corporate management to ensure seamless plant operations.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should possess:

Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Technology, Industrial Chemistry, or a related discipline.

Significant experience managing chemical blending and packaging operations, preferably in automotive fluids, lubricants, coolants, specialty chemicals, paints, coatings, adhesives, resins, or similar process industries.

Thorough understanding of blending processes, quality assurance, laboratory controls, process documentation, traceability systems, and batch manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of ISO-based quality systems, EHS practices, statutory compliance, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Proven ability to lead teams and deliver production targets while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and people management skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
