We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Plant Head to lead the overall operations of our Cement Grinding Unit. The ideal candidate should have a solid mechanical engineering background with proven expertise in plant operations, maintenance, production planning, and team management. This is a strategic leadership role that will be responsible for optimizing plant performance, ensuring high uptime, safety compliance, and cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end operations of the grinding unit to ensure optimal production and plant efficiency.
- Lead and manage preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment including VRM, Ball Mill, Packers, and Conveyors.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, equipment reliability, and energy efficiency.




- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with quality control, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure seamless production and dispatch operations.
- Monitor and control operational budgets, inventory levels, and manpower planning.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of engineers, technicians, and supervisors.
- Maintain statutory and regulatory compliance as per industry standards.
- Analyze daily MIS reports, operational KPIs, and drive performance improvement.
- Interface with corporate teams for strategic initiatives and capital projects.
