We are starting a new packaging plant and we re looking for a senior leader who can take complete ownership of this project from planning to execution to making it operational This person will work directly with the owner manage all teams and vendors and ensure the plant is built on time and within budget Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of the plant setup - layout machinery construction and execution Work closely with vendors machinery suppliers and contractors Handle project timelines budgets and daily coordination Ensure all legal approvals factory licenses and compliances are completed Build the core team and prepare the plant for smooth operations Act as the point of contact between the owner and the ground team Take charge of operations once the plant is live optional Qualifications and Skills 5 years experience in manufacturing packaging industries Solid experience in plant setup project execution and vendor handling Engineering degree Mechanical Production preferred MBA is a plus Someone who can lead independently take decisions and deliver results Strong communication leadership and coordination skills Must be hands-on reliable and fully accountable Job Types Full-time Permanent Work Location In person
