Monitor and control plant operations and achieve Production Quality delivery targets - Develop execute plans and strategies to achieve production Quality dispatch targets as per the cost quality standards - Ensure effective efficient use of resources i e machine manpower productivity quality equipment performance - Involvement in preparation of new projects planning and product development - Ensure preventive predictive autonomous maintenance - Ensure TPM implementation in the Plant - Ensure solid process discipline quality orientation across the manufacturing operations - Continuously benchmark and improve process and methods to improve productivity quality - To maintain the 5S Lean on shop- floor and deploy maintain ISO TS 16949 systems - Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets - Responsible for continuous improvement in the quality service according to the standards set by the customer - Monitor the production cost so as to analyses and change the process to reduce cost - Follow the statutory compliance to ensure safe healthy and environment friendly work practices - Responsible for aligning overall team resources effectively to ensure high performance - Proficient at monitoring manufacturing processes identifying any defects deviations taking corrective actions with the maintenance production quality department - Should have managed medium manufacturing Plant operation as Head or Plant Manager - Knowledge in root cause analysis and troubleshooting operations - Knowledge in leading a Plant with ISO 9001 2015 TS16949 - Should have excellent Planning organizing and controlling skills - Exposure in the field of Press shop Machine Shop CNC Injection molding - Welding Sheet metal fabrication assembly Powder coating
