Experience in building construction projects (residential/commercial/high-rise)

- Robust knowledge of construction sequencing and methodologies

- Proficiency in scheduling tools like MSP Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

- Prepare detailed project schedules from project initiation to completion using MS Project.

- Develop baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), project milestones, and activity sequencing.

- Prepare micro-level construction schedules for civil, MEP, finishing, and infrastructure works.

- Update project schedules regularly and ensure adherence to approved timelines.

- Monitor project progress against planned schedules.

- Identify delays, critical activities, affecting project completion.

- Prepare recovery plans and revised schedules to mitigate delays.

- Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of all activities.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

- Generate MIS reports, and progress presentations for management.

- Present project status, schedule variance, and critical issues during review meetings.

- Maintain project documentation related to planning and scheduling
