Key Responsibilities Develop project schedules using MS Project / Primavera for all project phases. Break down work into WBS (Work Breakdown Structures) and track progress. Align schedules with client requirements, engineering deliverables, and procurement timelines.
Track project progress against baseline and report deviations. Monitor key metrics like man-hours, productivity, and cost performance. Support project managers in preparing catch-up plans to mitigate delays.
Collaborate with design engineers, procurement, QA/QC, and execution teams for inputs. Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and progress trackers for management and clients. Facilitate periodic project review meetings and maintain follow-up trackers.
Identify critical paths, risks, and bottlenecks in schedules. Support in planning resource allocation (manpower, equipment, material). Propose solutions for resource optimization and time efficiency. Maintain updated schedules, records of project changes, and progress logs.
