Position/Designation: Key Roles and Responsibilities :

Designation: - Planning Engineer

Experience: - Minimum 5 years in Construction Project Planning, Project Reporting

( Residential, Commercial, Institutional, Hospitality)

Tier: - Mid

Type of Job: - Off-Site Head Office (Expected to Visit Sites)

Location: - Pune

 Collaborate in the development and preparation of design and work planning programmes,

ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

 Oversee and track project progress, implementing effective monitoring systems to ensure adherence to schedules and milestones.

 Prepare and present detailed reports and analyses on project advancements, highlighting achievements, obstacles, and potential solutions.

 Collaborate closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor to assist in contract preparation and support various tasks integral to project management and execution.

 Liaise effectively with multidisciplinary teams, fostering team-oriented relationships, and ensuring alignment between planning, execution, and project objectives.

 Understanding project specifications and developing micro and macro level time schedules with manpower requirement.

 Preparation of work break down structure, listing of work activities, preparation of schedule with inter dependencies.

 Monitoring and tracking project progress, and writing up reports.

 Visiting sites for work progress review and monitor the same with project plan. Highlight issues wherever observed.





 Communicating & Coordinating with managers, supervisors, and the rest of the team.

 Analysing technical drawings and providing plans such as Drawing & Design Requirement

Schedule, Material Procurement Plan, Labour Requirement Plan, Contractor Deployment

Plan etc.

 Preparation of Project Review Report, Cashflow report with support from cost management team, Daily Update of Critical Task list.

Senior Estimator Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, or an equivalent degree.

 Extensive experience as an planner in the construction field.

 Exceptional time management, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.

 Brilliant management and negotiation skills.

 Ability to closely collaborate with other project teams and stakeholders.

 Excellent research, proposal writing, and oral presentation skills.

 Extensive knowledge of best industry practices and standards.

 Advanced computer skills and demonstrable competency with software such as Microsoft Excel,

ERP(Construction), Microsoft Project.

 Ability to formulate complex schedules and present it in simplified manner.

 Keen eye for detail with regards to work methodology and work sequencing.

 Should have had prior experience as Execution engineer as past experience.
