Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Billing & Planning Engineer/Quantity Surveyor role based in Kozhikode. The role involves preparing and reviewing project estimates, BOQs, and cost plans, as well as tracking work progress against budget and timelines. The professional will coordinate production planning, monitor quantities and resource utilization, and support billing by verifying measurements, site records, and contractor invoices.





Daily responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, assisting in project control and reporting, and collaborating with site engineers, project managers, and finance teams to ensure accurate billing and efficient planning. The role also requires proactive communication with internal stakeholders and clients to clarify scope, variations, and project schedules.

Qualifications

Strong planning and production planning skills to schedule work, allocate resources, and align billing with execution.

Solid analytical skills and project control capabilities to monitor costs, quantities, progress, and deviations.

Effective communication skills to coordinate with site teams, management, clients, and vendors.

Knowledge of quantity surveying practices, billing procedures, and construction measurement methods.

Familiarity with geosynthetics, civil engineering materials, and infrastructure projects is an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant planning or project management software;

experience with ERP systems is beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
