Role Description-

The Placement Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Meerut, responsible for driving successful career outcomes for SkillCircle™ learners. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with hiring partners, identifying suitable job and internship opportunities, and matching candidates to relevant roles.

The Placement

Manager will guide learners through interview preparation, resume building, and career counseling, while maintaining accurate placement records and tracking outcomes. The role also involves building and nurturing relationships with industry stakeholders, organizing placement drives and networking events,



and collaborating with trainers to align course outcomes with market needs.

Manager is expected to proactively expand the placement network and continuously improve the placement process to maximize learner success.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in relationship management, corporate outreach, and networking with employers and industry partners.
- Experience in student counseling, career guidance, and supporting learners through job search and interview preparation.
- Strong communication skills, including professional email writing, presentation skills, and the ability to conduct workshops or seminars.
- Proficiency in maintaining placement data, using spreadsheets or CRM tools, and generating reports to track outcomes.
- Ability to collaborate with training and academic teams to align curricula with current industry requirements.
- Prior experience in placements, recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition in an education or training setting is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a background in business, management, HR, or education is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Meerut and engaging regularly with students and external stakeholders.
