NPosition: Placement Head

NNumber of Positions: 1

NExperience Required: 7–10 years in placements, corporate relations, recruitment, HR or career services.

NLocation: Salt Lake Centre, Kolkata

NKey Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Develop and implement effective placement strategies aligned with institutional goals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, recruitment agencies and HR professionals.

- Establish corporate partnerships and create new opportunities for students.
N
- Identify and facilitatejob opportunities, internships and apprenticeship programmes.
N
- Plan and execute campusrecruitment drives, job fairs and employer engagement activities.
N
- Collaborate with companies for recruitment requirements and talent acquisition initiatives.
N




- Lead employability enhancement initiatives including resume building, interview preparation and career readiness training.
N
- Maintain placement records, reports and performance analytics.
N
- Drive placement targetsand ensure continuous improvement in placement outcomes.
