Job Title: Pitch Deck Designer | Visual Storyteller About The Role We're looking for a creatively driven Pitch Deck Designer | Visual Storyteller who knows how to turn ideas into compelling presentations that captivate audiences. If you have around 2+ years of experience designing impactful pitch decks, sales presentations, proposals, and corporate communication, along with a strong eye for storytelling, layout, and visual hierarchy, we'd love to hear from you. You'll play a key role in helping our Business Growth & Strategy team craft presentations that win clients, communicate ideas clearly, and leave a lasting impression.

What You'll Do Design high-impact pitch decks, client presentations, proposals, and corporate communication materials.

Transform complex ideas, data, and content into visually engaging, easy-to-understand presentations.

Collaborate closely with strategy, business development, and leadership teams to understand presentation objectives and create compelling visual narratives.

Create presentation templates, infographics, icons, diagrams, charts, and reusable visual assets.

Ensure every presentation aligns with brand guidelines while elevating the overall visual experience.

Balance creativity with business objectives, ensuring presentations are both aesthetically appealing and strategically effective.

Work on multiple presentations simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Continuously improve existing decks by enhancing storytelling, flow, layout, and visual consistency.

Stay updated with modern presentation trends and visual storytelling techniques.

What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Presentation Design,



or Visual Communication.

Solid expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides.

Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Exceptional understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.

Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging visuals.

Experience designing corporate presentations, investor decks, sales decks, proposals, or marketing presentations.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across large presentations.

Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Bonus Points If You

Have experience designing presentations for an advertising, branding, consulting, or digital agency.

Have worked on investor decks, business proposals, annual reports, or corporate communication.

Have experience creating infographics, illustrations, or custom icons.

Have basic motion graphics or animation skills for presentation transitions and visual enhancements.

Have a strong portfolio showcasing presentation design and visual storytelling.
