Software Proficiency: ANSYS, CAESAR II, and AutoPIPE

Experience: 2–5 Years Responsibilities:  Check all available inputs in the drawings and documents for a particular project.  Identify missing inputs then either make prudent assumptions or ask client to provide those inputs.  Plan and execute projects for simulation of engineering phenomenon.  Provide design recommendations and directions to clients in the early stages of product/process design.  Responsibility of pre – processing, solving and post – processing of numerical simulations.  Verify that simulations follow basic laws of physics.  Research to understand simulation methodology for current kind of projects in the company.  Pipe Stress Analysis with the help of various Piping tools/software.  Preparation of project report.  Peer review of projects done by other colleagues.  Co-ordinate with other colleagues for execution of mechanics related projects.



 Organize and upload relevant project files in the company’s common server during and after completion of project.  Learn, understand and apply company’s engineering processes and practices.  Apply basic and advanced mechanical sciences to perform design analysis of products and components, including static/dynamic analysis, strength of materials, material selections and design optimization.  Produce and utilize engineering calculations and operate computer programs to support design analysis and engineering efforts including spreadsheets and Internet Resources.  Apply manufacturing quality and considerations while generating solutions.  Interpret Pipe Stress Analysis results, understand physics of numerical analysis, provide solutions/recommendations and write reports.  On time delivery and quality of deliverables.
