Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily piping installation and maintenance activities.

- Read and interpret piping drawings, isometric drawings, and project specifications.

- Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of pipe fitters, welders, and helpers.

- Ensure work is completed within project schedules and quality requirements.

- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other site teams.

- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.

- Monitor material usage and report site progress to management.

- Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth workflow execution.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in piping supervision or charge hand roles.

- Ability to read and understand piping drawings and isometrics.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Experience in industrial, construction, oil & gas, or mechanical projects.

- Valuable communication and coordination abilities.
