Role Description The Physiotherapist will provide patient-centered assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a variety of musculoskeletal, sports-related, neurological, and postural conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed physical examinations, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering manual therapy and exercise-based interventions, and using appropriate rehabilitation technologies and modalities. The role involves educating patients on injury prevention, posture correction, ergonomics, and home exercise programs, while maintaining accurate clinical records and treatment documentation.

The Physiotherapist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals when required,



uphold evidence-based practice standards, and contribute to continuous service improvement at the center. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications Recognized Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.

Valid registration or license to practice physiotherapy as per local regulatory requirements.

Strong clinical skills in assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal, sports injury, neurological, and postural conditions.

Proficiency in exercise prescription, manual therapy techniques, and use of rehabilitation equipment and modalities.

Ability to apply evidence-based practice, including understanding of biomechanics, posture, alignment, and functional movement.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient education, counseling, and collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams.

Valuable documentation, time management, and organizational skills to handle patient caseloads efficiently.

Commitment to a holistic, preventive, and wellness-oriented approach to physiotherapy care.

Prior clinical experience in outpatient physiotherapy or rehabilitation centers in urban settings is preferred.

Willingness to participate in continuous professional development and adapt to new technologies and treatment techniques.
