Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments at patients' homes.

Develop personalised treatment plans based on the patient's medical condition and functional goals.

Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions for orthopaedic, neurological, geriatric, post-operative, sports injury, and cardiopulmonary conditions.

Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.

Educate patients and caregivers regarding exercises, posture, mobility, pain management, and home safety.

Maintain accurate treatment records and submit documentation on time.

Coordinate with doctors, case managers, and other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care.

Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and infection control guidelines.

Achieve high standards of patient satisfaction and quality care.

Eligibility Criteria

Master's Degree in Physiotherapy (MPT)



from a recognised institution.

Minimum 1 year of clinical experience.

Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently in a home healthcare environment.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Skills

Experience in home healthcare is an added advantage.

Knowledge of post-operative rehabilitation protocols.

Experience in neurological and geriatric rehabilitation.

Good documentation and reporting skills.
