We are hiring a BPT Fresher Physiotherapist with a strong interest in diagnosis, gait assessment, and functional movement evaluation. This role is designed for someone who wants real-world exposure to assessing movement patterns, interpreting gait outcomes, and recommending appropriate solutions such as corrective footwear, support insoles, and offloading methods.

A key part of this role is contributing to R&D; and product development. You will play an important role in identifying patterns across customers, supporting prototype trials, and sharing structured feedback that directly improves product performance and comfort. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Diagnosis & Functional Assessment (Primary Focus) Conduct structured customer assessment based on history, daily routine, footwear usage, and functional limitations

Perform movement observation and screening for posture, gait deviations, weight distribution, and lower-limb alignment

Identify support requirements and common concerns such as strain patterns, instability, fatigue, and pressure hotspotsProvide explicit recommendations based on findings,



including support insoles, corrective footwear, and offloading strategies

Maintain consistency in assessment approach to ensure repeatable, reliable outcomes Gait Test Execution & Report Interpretation Conduct gait tests using Kaalcāri’s gait assessment tools and internal process

Ensure correct setup, positioning, and data capture to maintain accuracy

Interpret gait outcomes and report results in a structured way

Explain key findings clearly, without overwhelming the customer with jargon

Guide customers on wear protocol, break-in process, and correct usage to improve results

Document observations and outcomes for continuity and follow-up tracking

Offloading Guidance & Corrective Recommendations Recommend practical offloading methods based on gait outcomes and pressure distribution

Assist customers in selecting the right product configuration (footwear / insole) based on functional needs

Support fit checks, product trials, and comfort evaluation

Provide post-purchase instructions and basic follow-up support to ensure correct usage and better outcomes

R&D; Support (High Priority – Product Development & Iteration) This is a core part of the role. Your inputs will directly contribute to improving Kaalcāri products.

Track repeated patterns across gait tests, diagnosis outcomes, and customer feedback

Assist in prototype trials and structured testing for comfort, stability,



durability, and performance

Document observations in a clear format for the product team (what works, what doesn’t, what needs refinement)

Support internal product comparisons and improvement cycles

Collaborate with the product team to refine assessment workflows and recommendation frameworks SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) – mandatory

Freshers can apply (internship/clinical exposure is a plus)

Strong fundamentals in biomechanics, posture, and gait analysis

Ability to communicate findings clearly and confidently

Comfortable working in an on-ground, customer-facing environment
