We are looking for a skilled PHP Lead with expertise in PHP development, solution design, and project leadership. The ideal candidate should have strong technical capabilities in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs, along with team management and client interaction experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise & Development:

- Lead requirement analysis, design, and development of PHP-based solutions.
- Hands-on experience in Core PHP development and LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP).
- Proficient in JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, and CSS.
- Experience in RESTful Web Services is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling and solution design.

Project & Client Management:
- Deliver high-quality projects to demanding clients, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Interact with US-based customers to understand their requirements and deliver solutions.
- Demonstrate people management, process management, and multi-technology learning.





Team Leadership & Communication:
- Mentor and guide the development team, ensuring best practices and efficient coding standards.
- Assess and assemble teams for optimal project execution.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Telecom domain is a plus.
- Strong team-building, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in project and team management.
