We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients and ensuring their comfort and safety during the process. This role requires strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

- Collect blood samples from patients following established protocols and procedures.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during the blood draw process.
- Maintain accurate records of blood samples and patient information.
- Adhere to infection control and safety standards to prevent contamination.
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff regarding procedures and results.
- Assist in the training of new phlebotomists and interns as needed.




- Manage inventory and storage of blood collection supplies.

Skills and Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent;

certification in phlebotomy is preferred.

- Knowledge of blood collection techniques and procedures.
- Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and medical staff.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols and procedures.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
