- Prepare and dispense medicines as per physician orders and hospital SOPs.
- Maintain stock levels, monitor expiry dates, and ensure proper storage of drugs.
- Educate patients on medication usage, adherence, and possible side effects.
- Ensure adherence to Drugs & Cosmetics Act, Pharmacy Act, NABH standards, and hospital policies.
- Liaise with doctors, nurses, and clinical teams to support secure medication practices.
- Maintain dispensing records, billing entries, and controlled drug registers as per statutory norms.
- Report adverse drug reactions and contribute to pharmacovigilance activities.
