Key Responsibilities
-Dispense medicines accurately as per doctors' prescriptions.
- Counsel patients on medication dosage, usage, side effects, and precautions. -Ensure timely fulfillment of prescriptions by coordinating with central stores when required.
-Process billing, verify medicines (strength, batch, expiry, and MRP), and handle cash transactions.
-Support inventory management, stock verification, and storage as per pharmaceutical guidelines.
- Maintain compliance with SOPs, pharmacy regulations, and quality & safety standards. -Handle patient inquiries,
drug information, and home delivery requests.
-Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient care.
Eligibility ✅ Bachelor's or Diploma in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/D.Pharm).
✅ Valid Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) Registration Certificate is mandatory.
✅ Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical practices and patient counseling.
✅ Valuable communication and customer service skills.
✅ Experience in hospital or retail pharmacy will be an added advantage.
