Role Description The E-commerce Catalog Listing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for creating, updating, and managing product listings across e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate product information, pricing, and categorization. The specialist will optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and attributes for search visibility and user experience, while adhering to brand and compliance guidelines.

Daily tasks include coordinating with product, marketing, and operations teams to gather data, monitor listing performance, troubleshoot listing issues, and implement improvements to increase traffic and conversions. The role also involves maintaining data consistency, performing regular quality checks on the catalog,



and preparing basic reports on listing status and performance metrics.

Qualifications

Strong skills in e-commerce catalog management, including product data entry, listing creation, and content optimization for online marketplaces and websites.

Proficiency in working with spreadsheets or catalog management tools, with attention to detail and accuracy in handling large volumes of product information.

Basic understanding of SEO principles for product listings, including keyword usage in titles, descriptions, and metadata.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and operations to gather and validate product data.

Good written communication skills for explicit, concise, and customer-focused product descriptions.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple listing tasks and meet deadlines.

Comfort with on-site work in Gurugram and flexibility to adapt to evolving e-commerce processes and tools.

Relevant experience in e-commerce, online retail, or catalog management;

experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare products is an added advantage.

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, life sciences, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
