Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Testing Lead / Senior Lead to drive performance testing initiatives for cargo domain applications. The role involves hands-on execution of performance tests, tool setup and configuration, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure system scalability and reliability. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with JMeter (must), LoadRunner, K6, and a solid foundation in performance engineering and database optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead performance testing efforts across multiple projects within the cargo domain.
- Develop and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter, LoadRunner, and K6.
- Set up and configure performance testing environments and tools.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and infrastructure teams to identify and resolve performance issues.
- Monitor system performance using tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Grafana.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve application performance.




- Support performance tuning of databases and backend systems.
- Document test strategies, execution plans, and results.
- Mentor junior testers and contribute to best practices in performance testing.

- Performance Testing Tools:
- JMeter (mandatory)

- Gatling (optional)
- Monitoring Tools:
- Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, Prometheus
- Database Skills:
- SQL query optimization
- Experience with Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL
- Scripting & Automation:
- Basic scripting in Java, Python, or Shell
- CI/CD integration with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps

- Understanding of Cargo / Logistics domain processes and performance-sensitive operations.
- Experience with cargo management systems and related platforms.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications

- ISTQB Performance Testing
- JMeter or LoadRunner certification
- Cloud platform familiarity (AWS/GCP/Azure)
