Role: Performance Test Engineer

Yrs of Exp: 5-8

Work Mode: Remote JD

5–8 years of experience in performance testing.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Robust communication and collaboration abilities.

Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner or Performance Center, Jmeter and NeoLoad

Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to design realistic load models and simulate user behavior under various scenarios.

Perform end-to-end API performance testing, identifying bottlenecks and proposing optimizations.

Write and execute SQL queries to validate test data, troubleshoot performance issues, and support test scenarios.

Utilize Dynatrace or similar monitoring tools to monitor application performance,



infrastructure metrics, and system behavior during test execution.

Analyze test results and generate comprehensive performance test reports with key findings and recommendations.

Participate in performance tuning efforts across application and database layers.

Design and implement Azure networking solutions including VNets, NSGs, Application Gateways, and Load Balancers Support.

continuous improvement initiatives by contributing to best practices, frameworks, and automation for performance testing.
