ABOUT THE ROLE

ILA is looking for a result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid advertising and other digital channels. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, understands digital marketing platforms and can convert marketing budgets into measurable growth and qualified leads.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Plan, set up, manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

● Own campaign structure, audience targeting, keyword planning, bidding, budgeting and performance tracking.

● Run lead generation, conversion, traffic, remarketing and retargeting campaigns based on business objectives.

● Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, lead quality and funnel drop-offs.

● Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, audiences, landing pages and campaign formats.

● Plan and manage social media marketing activities, including content planning, scheduling, audience engagement and performance tracking.

● Execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, audience segmentation and basic lead nurturing or automation workflows.

● Manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns, broadcasts, promotional communication, lead nurturing and follow-up activities.





● Prepare regular performance reports with insights, learnings and clear next-step recommendations.

● Coordinate with content, design, sales and leadership teams to improve campaign output and conversion quality.

● Set up and maintain tracking using tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and platform dashboards.

● Stay updated with platform changes, digital marketing trends and marketing best practices.

● 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital marketing.

GOOD TO HAVE

● Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, landing page optimization or marketing automation tools.

● Experience working with CRM tools or lead management systems.

● Basic copywriting skills for digital marketing campaigns.
