We're growing our e-commerce business and need a Performance Marketing Specialist to own performance marketing end-to-end. Please apply if you have hands-on experience managing live advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads, including budget management and campaign optimization. What you'll own:

Plan, execute, and manage live ad campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) — hands-on experience.

Own ad spend and bidding strategy to hit ROAS targets

Build and maintain daily/weekly/monthly performance reports: spend, CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS, CAC

Run structured A/B tests on creatives, copy, and audience segments

Read Google Analytics (GA4)



and Meta Pixel data to diagnose funnel drop-off and fix it

Coordinate with design/content teams to brief creative assets — but the campaign strategy and execution is yours

Manage marketplace ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads) if you have that experience

Align campaign calendar with e-commerce product launches, offers, and seasonal sales Qualification & Skills::

1–2 years running live paid campaigns with real budgets on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

Comfortable pulling and interpreting GA4 / Meta Pixel data

Can explain ROAS, CAC, CTR, and CPA and how you've moved them on a past campaign

Solid in Excel/Google Sheets — pivot tables, basic formulas for report building

Prior e-commerce brand experience preferred
