About the Role

Quant Hill Advisory is looking for a curious, data-driven Performance Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. You'll get hands-on experience running and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn — while learning how performance marketing drives real business growth. This is a great prospect for someone early in their marketing career who wants practical, resume-building experience with real budgets, real data, and real results.

What You'll Do

- Assist in setting up, launching, and monitoring paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Support A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, and landing pages
- Track and report on key metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Help maintain performance dashboards (Looker Studio / GA4)
- Conduct keyword and audience research
- Propose optimization ideas based on campaign data
- Collaborate with design and content teams on creative assets
- Stay current on platform updates and marketing trends

What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field




- Strong interest in digital/performance marketing and analytics
- Basic familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or Google Analytics (a plus, not required)
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and numbers
- Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Eagerness to learn and take feedback well
