Job Summary Zyax Chem Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Head to manage end-to-end performance marketing across multiple brands, catering to both D2C, B2B & Service business verticals for our brands - Vetro Power, Pool Maxx, Flagstone Fix, Faber Italy and more. The role involves planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid marketing campaigns to drive website traffic, lead generation, customer acquisition, conversions, and revenue growth across digital and marketplace channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end performance marketing for multiple brands
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and online sales for both D2C and B2B businesses
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools
- Conduct audience targeting, remarketing, retargeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and website teams to enhance landing pages and improve conversion rates




- Manage and optimize marketplace performance through Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub
- Track campaign budgets, prepare performance reports, and provide data-driven recommendations
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising platform updates, and industry best practices

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, Amazon Seller Central, and Flipkart Seller Hub
- Having had experience of dealing with ad spends over Rs. 20 lakhs per month
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, paid media strategy, campaign optimization, conversion tracking, audience targeting, and web analytics
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- Google Ads and Meta Qualified Certifications are preferred
- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms will be an added advantage
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub is a plus

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
