LitLabs is an AI implementation company that helps businesses use AI across sales, marketing, customer service, and operations.

We are looking for a skilled, results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with strong experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and copywriting. The ideal candidate understands digital marketing as a whole and can independently plan, execute, analyze, and improve campaigns.

Responsibilities

Create, manage, and optimize Meta and Google advertising campaigns.

Conduct audience, keyword, competitor, and market research.

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies.

Manage on-page SEO, content optimization, internal linking, and metadata.

Write compelling copy for advertisements, landing pages, websites, emails, and social media.

Develop campaign ideas, offers, and creative concepts.

Monitor campaign performance and improve CPL, conversions, and ROAS.

Set up and manage conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Google Search Console.





Review performance data and provide clear reports and recommendations.

Take full ownership of assigned marketing projects and results.

Requirements

At least one years of hands-on digital marketing experience.

Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Solid understanding of SEO and search engine fundamentals.

Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

Experience with lead generation, landing pages, and conversion optimization.

Robust knowledge of marketing analytics and conversion tracking.

Ability to work independently, solve problems, and meet deadlines.

A results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.

Experience in B2B, SaaS, technology, AI, or automation is a plus.

Portfolio Requirements A strong portfolio is mandatory and should include:

Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns you personally managed.

Campaign budgets and measurable results.

SEO projects and results.

Examples of advertisements, landing pages, emails, or website copy you wrote.
