We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who is data-driven, creative, and passionate about generating high-quality leads while building a strong digital brand presence.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:

Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

LinkedIn Ads

YouTube Ads

Manage campaign budgets and maximize ROI.

Improve CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.

Create A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.

Track conversions using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta Pixel.

Lead Generation

Generate qualified B2B leads for Zoho Consulting, ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, and Digital Transformation services.

Optimize landing pages and lead funnels.

Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

SEO & Website

Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

Improve website traffic and search rankings.

Monitor website performance and user behavior.

Content & Social Media Marketing

Plan and execute content calendars.

Manage LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube channels.

Coordinate with designers and content writers for campaigns.

Promote webinars, case studies, customer success stories, and product launches.





Email & Marketing Automation

Execute email marketing campaigns.

Build nurture workflows using CRM and marketing automation tools.

Improve email open rates and conversions.

Analytics & Reporting

Prepare weekly and monthly campaign reports.

Monitor KPIs including

Cost Per Lead (CPL)

Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

Conversion Rate

Website Traffic

Organic Rankings

Recommend improvements based on campaign insights.

Required Skills

2–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.

Solid expertise in

Google Ads

Meta Ads Manager

LinkedIn Ads

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

Google Tag Manager

Google Search Console

Knowledge of SEO best practices.

Experience with landing page optimization.

Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.

Experience with email marketing tools and CRM platforms.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Google Ads Certifications.

Meta Blueprint Certification.

Experience marketing B2B SaaS, ERP, CRM, or Technology services.

Knowledge of Zoho Marketing Automation, Zoho CRM, or Zoho One is an added advantage.

Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools is a plus.
