Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive with a strong background in digital lead generation, campaign optimization, and ROI-driven marketing. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the education sector, preferably with reputed institutes such as IME, IMS, Career Launcher, or CPLC.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Monitor and improve key metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum returns on ad spend
- Coordinate with content, design, and admissions teams to align campaigns with institutional objectives
- Execute retargeting and funnel-based marketing strategies to nurture leads
- Track campaign performance through tools like Google Analytics,



Meta Business Suite, and relevant CRMs
- Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for campaign improvement

Candidate Profile:

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in the education/test prep industry
- Prior experience with institutes like IME, IMS, Career Launcher, or CPLC is highly desirable
- Proficient in digital advertising tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data-driven decision making
- Knowledge of CRM systems and landing page optimization
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cooperative team
