We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize high-performing digital campaigns.

What You'll Do

Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.

Generate high-quality leads while achieving target CPL and ROAS.

Manage campaign budgets efficiently and maximize performance.

Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.

Track campaign performance using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Collaborate with the creative and content teams to improve ad performance.

Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates,



and digital marketing strategies.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.

Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Experience with lead generation, e-commerce, or conversion campaigns.

Good understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Pixel, Conversion API, and Tag Manager.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are an added advantage.
