Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive (E-commerce & Lead Generation) Location: E-154, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh We are looking for a highly motivated Performance Marketing Executive with proven experience in e-commerce marketing and paid advertising to drive online sales, generate high-quality leads, and maximize campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.

Drive revenue for our Shopify-based e-commerce store while generating qualified B2B leads.

Manage campaign budgets and continuously optimize ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and Conversion Rate.

Launch and optimize Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.

Implement and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.

Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.

Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives.

Optimize product feeds, landing pages, and conversion funnels to improve sales and lead quality.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and AI-powered advertising tools.





Required Skills & Experience 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.

Proven experience managing e-commerce advertising campaigns with measurable results.

Strong expertise in: Meta Ads Manager

Google Ads

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

Google Tag Manager (GTM)

Meta Pixel & Conversion API

Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.

Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, remarketing, and audience targeting.

Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize for maximum ROI.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in Sales campaigns.

Knowledge of SEO and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
