SaaS Universe is looking for a Performance Marketer who can drive high-performing paid advertising campaigns and train our members on how to create, optimize, and scale successful ad campaigns. Key Responsibilites
Plan, launch, and optimize Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn ad campaigns.
Manage ad budgets and improve campaign performance (ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR).
Set up tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and GA4.
Test creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversions.
Monitor performance and prepare campaign reports.
Conduct live training sessions and workshops on performance marketing.
Guide members in creating and managing their own ad campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and AI trends. Requirements
3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Good understanding of tracking, analytics, and conversion optimization.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring is a plus.
Experience in SaaS, digital marketing, or agency environments is preferred.
