- Design and evaluate systems-level optimization and runtime performance tasks
- Develop structured solutions, technical rubrics, and evaluation frameworks for infrastructure workloads
- Provide written technical feedback on compiler engineering and low-level performance tasks
- Collaborate with engineering teams and subject matter experts to improve training data quality
- Support performance improvements across training and inference infrastructure systems
What We Re Looking For
- Strong experience in performance engineering, systems programming, or low-level optimization
- Solid experience in C++, Python, or Rust with familiarity across multiple languages
- Proven success improving latency, throughput, or memory optimization in production systems
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Ability to contribute consistently during weekday working hours
