## About the Role

We're looking for a Performance Copywriter who understands the quick-paced world of D2C and performance marketing. This isn't just a copywriting role—it's a leadership role for someone who can build high-performing creative systems, lead a team, and take complete ownership of creative performance.

From ideation to execution, you'll create compelling, high-converting creatives across Meta, social media, e-commerce, retention, and brand communication while continuously improving creative performance through testing and insights.

## Key Responsibilities

Develop high-converting copy for Meta Ads, landing pages, product pages, email campaigns, and retention marketing.

Conceptualise creative ideas, write scripts for Reels, UGC, and short-form video ads.

Lead brainstorming sessions and build a consistent pipeline of winning creative concepts.

Build, hire, mentor, and manage the Creative Copywriting team while establishing efficient creative processes.

Take complete ownership of the team's output, quality, deadlines, and overall creative performance.

Collaborate closely with designers, video editors, performance marketers, and brand managers to execute campaigns.

Plan monthly content calendars aligned with marketing and business goals.





Optimise messaging based on performance metrics, consumer behaviour, and creative testing.

Create compelling copy for e-commerce, quick commerce, packaging, and other customer touchpoints.

Stay updated with D2C trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.

## Requirements

2-3 years of experience in copywriting, creative strategy, or performance marketing within a D2C brand or agency.

Strong portfolio showcasing Meta Ads, campaign concepts, scripts, and conversion-focused copy.

Experience leading or mentoring a creative team is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of consumer psychology, direct-response marketing, and performance creatives.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

An ownership mindset with the ability to build systems, lead people, and drive measurable creative results.
