Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Performance Marketing Executive, based on-site in Bengaluru. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive measurable results.

Responsibilities include managing ad budgets, analyzing campaign performance, identifying trends, and devising strategies to maximize return on investment.



The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications

Proficiency in paid ads management on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising channels

Strong ability in data analysis, campaign performance tracking, and utilizing analytics tools such as Google Analytics

Skills in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to improve campaign effectiveness

Understanding of SEO and SEM principles and their impact on performance marketing

Proven expertise in budget management and achieving measurable ROI

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team setting

Prior experience in the home design industry or a related field is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related discipline
