We have a replacement opening within the PeopleSoft team and would appreciate your support in identifying suitable candidates. We are looking for a highly experienced PeopleSoft Techno-Functional professional who can contribute to critical application development, integration, support, and modernization initiatives.

Experience – 10+ Years

Location – Chennai (Work Mode – 5 Days work from office) Hyderabad or Gurugram(hybrid)

Shift Time – 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize PeopleSoft applications using People Code, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
- Design and develop SQRs, XML Publisher reports, PS Queries, and nVision reports.
- Support PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, enhancements, and system optimization initiatives.
- Develop and maintain inbound/outbound integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Broker, and file-based interfaces.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide production support to ensure business continuity.




- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, deployment activities, and quality assurance checks.
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer across teams.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security requirements, and PeopleSoft best practices.

Qualifications

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in a PeopleSoft Techno-Functional role.
- Robust expertise in Integration Broker, API integrations, People Tools, People Code, Application Engine, Component Interface, and related PeopleSoft technologies.
- Experience with PeopleSoft Financials and HCM modules.
- Familiarity with SQL, PL/SQL, and relational database concepts.
- Experience with cloud integrations and automation tools is highly preferred
