– Pega Smart Investigate SME / Lead Product Engineer Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Pega Smart Investigate SME / Lead Product Engineer with strong expertise in Pega Smart Investigate 8.x, payments investigation processes, and enterprise-grade application development. The ideal candidate will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the bank's Smart Investigate platform, driving solution design, application architecture, integrations, and operational excellence across payment investigation workflows.

The role requires deep technical expertise in Pega Platform, Banking & Payments domain knowledge,



and the ability to collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions. Key Responsibilities

Pega Smart Investigate Solution Leadership

Serve as the SME for Pega Smart Investigate 8.x from a Pega Platform perspective.

Design, develop, and implement payment investigation workflows and business processes using Pega.

Lead solution architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams.

Ensure optimal utilization of Pega Smart Investigate capabilities for banking operations.

Application

Development & Architecture

Define and implement enterprise-scale business processes using the Pega platform.

Design, develop, and support complex Pega applications and integrations.

Work on large and complex codebases while ensuring maintainability and scalability.

Contribute to application architecture, technical design, and implementation strategies. Integration & API Development

Design and implement integrations using:Rule-Connects

Support interaction with external banking and payment systems.
