Job Title Pega Decisioning Architect (12+ Years Experience)

We are seeking an experienced Pega Decisioning Architect with 12+ years of IT experience and robust expertise in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and implementing Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies, adaptive models, and decision strategies. Strong knowledge of Pega Decisioning, Customer Engagement, and 1 1 customer personalization is required.

Experience with Pega Infinity/CDH 8.x and above is essential. The candidate should be proficient in business rules, decision tables, strategies, proposition management, and arbitration.

Experience integrating Pega CDH with external systems using REST APIs and event-driven architectures is preferred.



The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to translate marketing and customer engagement requirements into scalable decisioning solutions. The candidate should provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and ensure adherence to Pega best practices.

Pega Certified Decisioning

Consultant (PCDC) or related certifications are highly desirable, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
