? JL3A – Senior Systems Engineer (2–3 Years)

Requirements

- 2–3 years of PEGA development experience

- Pega CSA Certification mandatory (Pega 8.x / 24.x)

- Strong foundation in
- PRPC Flows, Decision Rules, Activities, SLA

- Data Transforms, Declarative Rules, UI Design

- Reporting (List and Summary), PRPC Optimization

- Proficiency in Data Modeling

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

? JL4 – Technology Analyst (4–8 Years)

Requirements

- 4–8 years of PEGA experience





- CSSA Certification mandatory (Pega 8.x / 24.x)

- Strong experience in
- Application Architecture, Class Structure Design

- Integration Wizards, UI Rules, Local Actions, Harnesses

- PRPC Tools – Skimming, Bulk Processing, Import/Export

- PRPC Flows, OOTB Methods, Reports, Access Controls

- Proficient in Data Modelling & PRPC Troubleshooting

- Added Advantage: Knowledge of Insurance Domain

- Strong communication and leadership potential

? JL5 – Technology Lead (7–9 Years)

Requirements

- 7–9 years of deep PEGA experience

- LSA Certification mandatory (Pega 8.x / 24.x)

- Strong expertise in
- Application Design, Estimations, PRPC Setting Setup

- DCO Tools (Application Profiler, Enterprise Accelerator)

- Agile, Smart BPM, Guardrails, Code Reviews

- Performance Tools (PAL, AES, PLA), Deployment Tools

- Ability to lead teams and own deliverables

- Advanced Data Modelling, UI Configurations, AccessGroup/Privileges

- Strong domain understanding (Insurance domain preferred)

- Excellent written, verbal, and problem-solving skills
