- Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end screen-printing (serigraphy) process, including designing patterns, preparing stencils, and mixing UV-curable or thermal inks.
- Machine Operation & Calibration: Set up and calibrate semi-automatic or manual screen-printing machines, adjusting squeegee pressure and alignment to maintain a pad alignment deviation of (le ) 0.1mm.
- Quality Assurance: Perform visual and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) to ensure character readability (min 1.5mm height) and identify defects like bleeding, contamination, or missing identifiers.
- Design Compliance: Ensure all legend prints follow IPC-2221A standards, avoiding obstruction of pads or vias and maintaining a minimum 0.2mm spacing from conductors.
- Material Optimization:
Select appropriate screen mesh materials (e.g., Polyester or Stainless Steel) based on batch size and precision requirements.
