About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven Payroll Implementation Specialist to join our award-winning MAS Implementation India team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end payroll implementation projects, ensuring seamless onboarding experience for new and existing clients. You will play a critical role in delivering ADP’s next-generation solutions while exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage end-to-end payroll implementation projects for new clients.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery of all milestones.
- Serve as the primary client contact, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Conduct client calls, including sales transition, project kick-offs, and progress reviews.
- Perform payroll data analysis, validation, and testing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide pre- and post-go-live support, ensuring a smooth transition to operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, DSC, TLM/HCMC, Tax, Banking) to drive successful implementations.
- Identify risks, troubleshoot issues,



and implement effective solutions proactively.
- Maintain thorough documentation of implementation plans and client interactions.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate with relevant professional experience
- Solid customer service orientation and experience in US/UK client services
- Experience in US Payroll or HCM platforms is an advantage.
- Certified FPC/CPP is a plus
- Exposure to project management methodologies (PMP certification preferred).
- Experience in client training and onboarding.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Familiarity with tools such as NPS, Launchpad, eStart, WFN, and WFMgr/Essential Time is a plus.
