Description
1. Manage the payroll process for all clients,
- Robust knowledge of statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS & LWF etc.)
- Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Required Skills – 1. Minimum 2-6 Years of working experience in HR Payroll Compliance Management profile
- Must have handled payroll processing of minimum 100 staffs for Company/Client
- Required knowledge of calculating taxes and employee wages
- Computer literacy, especially MS office and payroll software such as Excel with HRMS, VLOOKUP and Oracle Payroll
5. Self-motivation and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
