- Processing Full & Final Settlement

- Timely processing of Incentives

- Off-roll payroll processing

- Prepare CTC structures as per minimum wages

- Invoice processing

- Ensure accurate compliance under PF, ESI, PT, Income Tax, LWF.

- Prepare Challans & Returns of PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Income Tax

Preferred candidate profile

- 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance

Skill Sets

- Candidate should have experience of handling end to end payroll of min 500 emp.

- Robust understating calculations of statutory dues

- Knowledge of statutory compliance state-wise

- Should have updated knowledge of various applicable Labour laws and Labour codes

- Knowledge of processing Gratuity, Maternity Benefits

- Knowledge of Employees Income Tax Calculation and document verification

- Proficiency in MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table, Data Validation).

- Experience with payroll software (Darwinbox, Spine, HR-One)
