NJob Summary:
NResponsible for managing and processing all relocation invoices received, statutory payments, exit, regular accounting in a accurate, efficient, and timely manner.
NThis role involves maintaining financial records/ schedules, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately, and complying with company policies and procedures.
NKey Responsibilities:
NTechnical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and salary structures.
N
- Thorough understanding of statutory compliances, including:
N
- Provident Fund (PF)
N
- Employee State Insurance (ESI)
N
- Qualified Tax (PT)
N
- Labour Welfare Fund (LWF)
N
- Income Tax (TDS)
n
- Full & Final Settlements
N
- Experience in statutoryportal management and online challan generation/payment processes.
N
- Knowledge of General Ledger reconciliation and payroll accounting.
N
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
N
- Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar HRMS/ERP systems.
N
nEducational Qualification:
N
n
- Bachelor's degreein Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline. CA/CWA/CS preferred
N
- Additional certifications in Payroll Management, Taxation, or Accounting will be an advantage.
N
nExperience:
N
n
- 4-8 years of experience in Payroll Operations, Statutory Compliance, and Employee Benefits Administration.
N
- Experience handling PANIndia payroll and statutory compliance activities in a large organization.
N
- Exposure to payroll systems, HRMS, and ERP platforms.
