Media Mosiac is looking for a highly motivated Pay Per Call Manager to join our growing performance marketing team.

✅ Manage and grow relationships with existing advertisers, publishers, and clients.

✅ Identify and onboard new Pay Per Call advertisers and partners through proactive outreach.

✅ Negotiate payouts, campaign terms, and commercial agreements.

✅ Monitor campaign performance and optimize traffic quality, profitability, and ROI.

✅ Analyze daily performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.

✅ Coordinate with operations and business development teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

✅ Troubleshoot campaign issues and provide timely resolutions.

✅ Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities. We're Looking For

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.





✔ Strong client relationship management and account management experience.

✔ Proven experience in business development and client acquisition.

✔ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make optimization decisions.

✔ Experience with Pay Per Call platforms, tracking systems, and affiliate marketing.

✔ Strong negotiation, presentation, and reporting skills.

✔ Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
