? Salary: ₹2.6 LPA + Allowances ? About the Role As a Pavilion General Manager (PGM), you will serve as the local representative of Dream Olympic Sports in your assigned city. While this is a remote position, it involves regular on-ground meetings with clients, partners, educational institutions, sports organisations, and vendors to develop business opportunities and execute DOS initiatives.

You will work independently in your city while reporting virtually to the Operations Manager, collaborating closely with the central team to achieve business and operational objectives. ? Key Responsibilities

✅ Identify potential clients for DOS services and solutions.

✅ Develop partnerships with schools, colleges, sports academies, clubs, corporates, and government organisations.

✅ Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and service partners.

✅ Conduct on-field meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups with prospective clients.

✅ Generate business opportunities and execute projects across:

DOS Teams

DOS Infra

DOS Retail

✅ Coordinate project execution with the central Operations Team.





✅ Build strong relationships within the local sports ecosystem.

✅ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

✅ Submit regular updates on sales activities, partnerships, project progress, and city performance. ? Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (MBA is an advantage)

1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Operations, Marketing, or Sports Management is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills

Comfortable working independently in a remote setup

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned city
