1.Patient Coordinator

* Education: Passed 10+2 / HS

Experience: 2–3 years experience in hospital/public health

Salary: Rs.14,000/month

*No of post : 1

2.Community Health Workers

Education: Passed 10th Std. /Madhyamik

Experience: Worked at least 1-2 years as community health worker/ public heath coordinator.

- Salary: Rs.10,000/month

*No of post : 16

*Prior experience in area mapping / health survey process will be given preference.

3. Supervisor for Health Workers

Education: Passed 10+2 / HS

Experience: 1-2 years as community leader/supervisor/ public health leader

- Salary: Rs.14,000/month

*No of post : 2

*Prior experience in area mapping / health survey process will be given preference
