Practice Area: Patent Drafting & Prosecution - Software Requirements: •⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree - Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunications

•⁠ ⁠LLB or Indian Patent Agent qualified (preferred)

•⁠ ⁠Good knowledge of Patent Practice and Procedure in India, USA and EP

•⁠ ⁠Experience in patent drafting and prosecution in technology domain of Software, Computer-implements inventions and AI related inventions

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team workplace

•⁠ ⁠Excellent written and verbal communication skills
